We travel to the fertile Fassifern Valley, Visiting Lake Moogerah, fringed by the majestic and world heritage listed Scenic Rim mountains. We are visiting the Kooromba Lavender farm before making our way to lunch at a venue that was once home to the Boonah Butter Factory (we will learn more about the history of the cafe building, the early pioneering families of Boonah and the rise and fall of the local butter industry.)
After lunch we drive past the Boonah Mural Wall. Included is Morning tea and lunch. What a great scenic drive with lots of history.
