Day 1. Toowoomba to Kingscliff, MT, L, D

Welcome to our fantastic 3-day tour of the stunning New South Wales Coast and Hinterland Region! Sit back, relax, and get ready to embark on this scenic journey with us. Our first stop will be the Beaudesert Historical Museum, where we’ll enjoy a delightful morning tea.

You will be captivated by the extensive collection of exhibits and archival materials, offering a fascinating glimpse into the region's rich history. Next, we’ll make our way to Chinderah for a delicious lunch before heading to Tropical Fruit World for a 90-minute guided tour.

Here, you’ll have the chance to taste a variety of exotic fruits and learn about their cultivation. In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive at our accommodation, where you’ll have time to refresh and relax before we come together for a delicious dinner. We’re excited to share this unforgettable experience with you!

Day 2. Kingscliff to Hinterland, B, L & D

Today, we embark on a delightful exploration of the incredible tastes the Tweed region has to offer. With majestic views of Mount Warning, also known as Wollumbin or the Cloud Catcher, it’s easy to see why this peak holds such cultural and natural significance.

Our journey begins at Tweed Valley Whey, a fourth-generation family-run dairy farm in Burringbar, where we’ll enjoy a paddock-to-platter cheese tasting. Afterwards, we’ll venture along the scenic back roads of the Tweed Valley, passing through the charming town of Chillingham and stopping at Bucks Farm, an organic bush tucker farm.

A leisurely lunch will follow before we visit the renowned Tweed Regional Gallery in Murwillumbah, where we’ll immerse ourselves in inspiring local art. Our final stop will be at Husk Farm Distillery, where we’ll indulge in a paddock-to-bottle tasting of craft rum and craft gin at the cellar door.

After a day of exploration, we’ll return to our accommodation to unwind and enjoy some time to explore the area. In the evening, we’ll gather for a fantastic dinner at Farm and Co, savouring the best of local produce and flavours.

Day 3. Kingscliff to Toowoomba, B & L

After breakfast, we’ll depart for the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse, where a guided tour will allow us to explore its fascinating history while soaking in the breathtaking panoramic views. Our next stop will be the Duck Creek Macadamia Farm, nestled in the scenic Byron Bay Hinterland.

Here, we’ll immerse ourselves in the beauty of the farm, sample a variety of macadamia treats, and have the opportunity to purchase some fresh macadamias to take home. From there, we’ll journey through Lismore and Casino, eventually arriving in Kyogle for a relaxed farewell lunch.

Afterwards, we’ll begin our scenic drive back to Toowoomba, making a few stops along the way to appreciate the stunning landscapes. Though our incredible 3-day adventure will come to an end, we’ll leave with unforgettable memories of a truly special journey.
